You'll be staying in the historic Venice Canal neighborhood, one of the most charming and sought-after areas of Venice. The location is truly hard to beat! The beautiful Venice Canals are just a one-minute walk away, and the kitchen window has a Canal view, giving you a lovely sense of the neighborhood. The property is a duplex, with my husband and me occupying the other side. Your space is safe, secure, quiet, and private, allowing you to enjoy your stay while still having the convenience of hosts nearby if needed. The beach and Venice Pier are just a five-minute walk away, while popular Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Erewhon are also within easy walking distance. You'll find an abundance of excellent cafés, restaurants, shops, and local attractions nearby. Santa Monica and Marina del Rey are both just a short distance away, making it easy to explore everything the Westside has to offer. There is also a wonderful Farmers Market every Friday, within walking distance. The unit is two stories, with the living room and kitchen located upstairs. It's an ideal space for one or two guests and offers a comfortable blend of privacy, style, and functionality.There is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood, and bus stops are conveniently located nearby. We may also consider allowing a small to medium-sized dog. Sorry, no Cats due to allergies. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway, a convenient home base for exploring or working in Los Angeles, or a comfortable place to work remotely, this is a wonderful location to call home during your stay.
