The Garden Room Apartment is separated from the main house by the garage, which is where the Washer/Dryer is located. The mature walled garden is secluded and private from neighbors. The Garden Room Apartment has our favorite bedroom in the house and overlooks the lily pond and waterfall. You have access with your own garden gate with digital lock. We do have an extremely friendly, if rather large, dog called Alfredo who will welcome you. The gate closes and locks automatically so no worries with Alfredo wandering off. The galley kitchen has new or lightly used appliances including a Ninja SP101 oven, two burner electric cooktop, microwave, under counter refrigerator, coffeemaker and electric kettle. There is a Hunter ceiling fan with great cross ventilation. You are probably aware that Venice is a very interesting and diverse community, but we are happy to be about one and a half miles from the beach and boardwalk with all it's parking problems and loud nightlife. This area of Venice is quiet and more family orientated, but only a short bike ride or beautiful walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd and the beach.
