This home is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants and stores, It is directly across from the highly rated K-5 Pierpont Elementary School. THINGS TO KNOW: *Gardner comes every two weeks to clean yard and trim plants. *Property faces a street with free parking and a sidewalk to the beach. There is a designated spot for tenant in front of driveway. *The backside of the property has a street/ally also leading to the beach. *There is a private fenced in studio in the back corner of the property used occasionally. The studio has no access to the property as it is behind the same fencing as neighboring properties.
