Private entrance into this cute beach house style studio! Bathroom is quite large for this space, with a rain shower feature & bathtub. Full kitchen including dishwasher & stove. There is also a closet with a few drawers built in & plenty of space to hang your clothes. Slider door off of the kitchen that goes to a private space in the backyard, great for a small pet. The house backs up to the farm, so it feels very private. The train does also go by a few times a day, but we find it fun and it doesnt bother us (we live in the front house).

brand new ADU, comfortably fits 2. Awesome neighbors and a private entrance. Full size kitchen & bathroom. Good size closet with built in drawers. Sliding glass door to private backyard space, great for a small pet! No houses behind us, but there is a train that goes by a few times a day Neighborhood: Great neighborhood that is walking distance to the mall, coffee shops and bike path to the harbor! Just a short 4 min drive to CMH & VCMC
