This is an upscale community with many houses with boat docks and very central access to all of Ventura. Easy access to bike trails for Ojai and Santa Barbara. Private back yard with patio furniture and wood burning pizza oven. Property is a triplex in a cul-de-sac with 2 driveway parking spots and a carport. Ventura has a fantastic climate which is generally in the 60-80 degree range all year.
