Room · 110 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

You'll share the home with only one other person, myself. You'll have your own bathroom. Full kitchen privileges, as well as access to living room, dining room and all other common areas in the house. The house was built in 1949 and I have lived here since 2003 and have maintained it well. I work hard to keep it clean and uncluttered, and a housekeeper comes once a month for deep cleaning. I like to play my guitar in the living room but I don't play when anyone else is home. The back yard has a large orange tree and many native plants, along with a table and chairs for relaxing or eating outdoors. In the front, right outside your window is a gigantic avocado tree. It's doing exceptionally well this year, and you are welcome to pick as many avocados as you can eat. There's an Tesla electric car charger in the garage and you're welcome to use it for a small contribution. I have an J1772 adapter as well. Female tenant preferred.

The space

Your room has a comfortable bed(mattress is less then 2 years old), a dresser, desk and plenty of closet space. Two windows let in lots of light and provide views of the ginormous avocado tree, and the poinsettia tree in back. I have an electric heat exchange system, which provides A/C and heat.
