Step inside to find a bright, open living space designed to foster slow moments and quality time whether you prefer late mornings in a cozy bed, a favorite movie while lounging on the couch, or engaging conversation around the table. Yet, you might not want to stay inside when the lush yard beckons you to come enjoy the sweet, ripe fruit from the trees, a bonfire with smores, or al fresco dining under the market lights. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware, utensils, and modern appliances to allow you to create delicious meals or quick snacks. Use the blender to concoct your favorite frozen drink, the standing KitchenAid mixer to whip up a batch of warm chocolate chip cookies, or the tortilla press for homemade corn tortillas. Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked with a vast assortment of spices to enhance your culinary creations. Or, if dining out or take out is your preference, being centrally located, you'll find numerous restaurants surround the neighborhood. A fun assortment of recreational items such bikes and skateboards, beach gear, SUP boards, and exercise equipment are provided for your enjoyment. For those needing to work, the living room has a designated work space, there is a small corner desk in the primary room, and a larger desk in the garage. Additionally, fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a hair dryer and initial shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The space

The primary bedroom has a king size and the second bedroom has a twin bed and a bunk bed (twin beds). Both bedrooms have dressers and closets. Parking is available in the driveway and street. Weekly (bi-weekly in winter) yard maintenance is included. The yard has a chicken coop with laying chickens; caregiver feeds chickens. Please note, when not traveling, this is our primary home. While no personal items are in the house, the house is fully stocked with more kitchen items than a primary rental house.
