The fully equipped modern kitchen has stainless appliances and a 50's diner themed breakfast nook. Enjoy a Sunday al fresco brunch, BBQ or 5 o'clock happy hour around the patio table on the terra cotta-paved deck, or kick back in the Adirondak-style easy chairs. The laundry room is equipped with full-size washer and dryer. The 2-car garage is accessible through a private back entrance. Bring your bicycles and pedal the half-mile or so to the bike path along the beach. Well-located within walking and bicycle distance to Downtown and Midtown amenities including theaters, parks, the beach, restaurants and the Downtown walk-street shopping area. No smoking.
