The home features new windows adorned with day/night cellular shades that have both full blackout or full light filtering positions, new fixtures and appliances, and new flooring throughout to add modern touches to its classic charm. For your comfort the home features a ductless mini split heating/cooling system, brand new queen size Nectar premium memory foam mattresses with bamboo cooling sheets, Indulgence Premium Pillows by Isotonic and a super comfy 825-Thread-Count Down Alternative Comforter.
