Relatively new unit, built in 2007. Very private with en suite bathroom. Lot's of natural light and stays cool near the ocean. Peek-a-boo view of the Pacific Ocean. Desirable location in walking distance to Downtown Ventura, the Ventura Pier, Surfer's Point, Ventura Botanical Gardens, and bike paths. Please feel free to utilize the kitchen and living room. I am happy to share this beautiful place with someone! The housekeepers (included in the price of rent) come every two weeks. We can arrange it around your work schedule. One-car garage. We can trade for the garage parking on Sundays. There is street parking for the off week.

Very private with en suite bathroom. Comfortable Vi-Spring mattress with beautiful, natural linen sheets, 100% goose down pillows and duvet comforter. Plush 100% cotton Hotel Collection towels from Macy's. Walk-in closet with drawers.
