The beach house is 4 doors from the sand at the end of one of the Pierpont Lanes, an old fashioned beach community in Ventura California. There is a nice front and back yard and and plus dining table in the back with barbecue for outdoor dining. Inside there is an ample well lit living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving at least 8 people. The bedrooms are all upstairs and can sleep up to 2 persons each for a total of 6. The ocean breeze comes through the large primary bedroom with windows open and the ocean can be heard from there. The second bedroom has an ocean view (as does the bath tub in the primary bath) and it also has a deck overlooking the ocean. The third bedroom has twin and full beds and overlooks the mountains behind Ventura. The house is designed for comfort, functionality and attractiveness. A nice retreat from the world and also large enough for family get togethers.
