A lovely room with a comfortable queen bed, big comfortable chair and ottoman. Full bath, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, and tall mini fridge. No main kitchen use or laundry on site. Close to Marina Park, downtown Ventura, grocery store, laundromat, coffee shops, donut shop, and many restaurants. A ten minute drive to Community Memorial Hospital and VCMC. A short stroll down the lane to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Downtown Ventura is about 3 miles away.
The space
Large room with bathroom. Comfortable bed. Larger refrigerator and microwave. TV and internet. No laundry on site but there is a nice laundry close at the shopping center. No main kitchen use. Neighborhood: Neighborhood is close to beach, park, shopping center, restaurants, hospitals, and downtown Ventura.
