FURNISHED STUDIO APARTMENT Hello, the 500 sq ft furnished studio apartment/granny flat occupies the entire second floor of my home. The $1650 rent includes utilities (electric, water, trash, gas, and wifi). The apartment has an efficiency kitchen (sink, cabinets, fridge w/ freezer, microwave, new toaster/convention/air fryer oven, croc pot, three electric hot plates/burners, dishes, glass ware, utensils, etc.). Linens available. Bathroom with shower. Comfortable queen bed, living area with pull out couch for guests, side chair, dining area, bookshelves, desk, dressers and night tables. New smart TV (bring your roku or firestidk) The apartment is accessed through driveway gate to outdoor stairs to a private deck surrounding the apartment with bistro table, chairs and a lounger. Peek-a-boo ocean view. Seeking one individual, non-smoker, no drugs or excessive alcohol, works outside the home, no pets. Apartment has wood flooring, large Persian rug, several windows, and a vaulted ceiling, new gas wall-heater, and ceiling fan. Street parking. One to three month lease, month to month after. $500 security deposit and $150 cleaning fee with credit check/references. Ten minute walk to Community Memorial Hospital and three minute walk to Ventura County Medical Center. Neighborhood is just above Pacific View Mall (Trader Joes, 24 Hour fitness, Macys) and a central bus station. Ten minute drive to Ventura College. House is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Several travel nurses and hospital residents have rented in the past. I am a retired educator, but I have a pottery studio at home and sell at a local gallery.
