The main bathroom in this duplex home includes a toilet, tub/shower combo and vanity, the second bathroom offers a toilet and vanity. Plush In-house white towels and oversized beach towels to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The indoor amenities include high-speed internet and HD TVs in every room, ensuring that you can stay connected and entertained during your stay. Boasting an open living room with a leather couch, ottoman, and 60" wall-mounted TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. The dining table comfortably seats four to six people, for a cozy breakfast or dinner with others. A fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook a meal, with traditional appliances and cooking utensils at your disposal. If you prefer to relax outdoors, you'll love the huge side yard and patio, perfect for enjoying the California sunshine. In addition, there is (1) one off-street parking space, ensuring your car is safe and secure. Street parking in front of the unit available. Additional garage parking might be available. For medical professionals, Community Memorial Hospital is just a short walk away or a quick 3-minute drive, while VCMH is approximately 6 minutes away.
