Private 6 foot gated front yard with sitting porch, outdoor dining table and chairs under a lush eucalyptus tree. Jack and Jill bathroom. It is small but has everything you need, and if you do need something I live on the property to assist you at any time. Need a walk through video or face time, please email me. This is part of a family owned triplex of 1920's cottages. I live in the back and the other house is a long term business professional tenant. Everyone has their own private yards and parking.
