My home is a 2-bedroom 1.5-bathroom duplex, located in a walkable, tranquil and conveniently located neighborhood. You will immediately be enchanted in a safe and quiet-serene atmosphere. We have 2 furnished bedrooms rooms with a shared bathroom: Both rooms are accommodated with comfortable bedding Room #1 with a Queen size bed, dresser and large closet & Room #2 with a queen size bed, chest and also with a generous closet. Through the sliding door of the master bedroom you will reach a beautiful deck. This is a perfect spot to practice yoga, bask in the sun or enjoy a great cup of morning coffee or tea. You can also submerge in the sunset colors and evening. With a catching view of Santa Cruz Island you are guaranteed to have a moment of pure appreciation on what nature offers us. There is a Jack & Jill bathroom with a marble single sink, recently renovated tiles and flooring., a spacious bath-shower combo. Living Area: Our Modern furnishings & decorations provide you with an open space theme. There is nothing like being renewed daily by the vivid sensations and stimulation the beach has to offer. You will be able to calm and balance yourself in your home, that has no visual or audio contamination. Our home is close to a biking trail that connects to the Ojai bike trail, and other coastal trails.
