The studio is tucked in a quiet, residential neighborhood referred to as 'The Hospital Neighborhood' due to its close proximity to both Community Memorial Hospital and Ventura County Regional Medical Center; Both hospitals are only blocks away, and you will frequently see medical professionals out walking during their breaks; Less than a mile from the beach, with easy commuter access to the 101 freeway and walking distance to local coffee shops, local restaurants, Historic Downtown Ventura and the Ventura Botanical Gardens. Plenty of natural light and high ceilings help to make this studio feel open and roomy; French doors open to a peaceful, private garden patio where you can expand your living space outdoors! The studio features a new Queen-size bed, cozy bedding and fresh linens, Samsung Smart TV, high-speed internet (WiFi), a Mitsubishi Mini Split AC/Heat Pump, a fully stocked kitchen + dining counter with stools, microwave, 4-burner electric stove, sofa, desk / dedicated work space, a closet with loads of shelving / storage space and a spacious and newly remodeled bathroom with custom tiled shower. A private laundry room with Washer & Dryer are located in a separate, secure building on the premises - a couple of short steps from the studio via a paved outside walkway. The laundry area features a Bosch front-loading washing machine and utility-style shelving for additional box/bin storage. The space

Our garden-style studio apartment has a private entry and is attached to the back of a tenant-occupied main house, with one shared wall within. During extensive remodeling, the shared wall was heavily insulated, with sound barrier boards added. The property is accessed via a shared, secure driveway gate; from there, the footpath takes you to a private, gated patio area and a private, secure entry into the studio. Neighborhood: Tucked in a peaceful, residential neighborhood in MidTown Ventura, the Studio is perfectly situated less than a mile from the beach with easy commuter access to the 101 freeway and easy walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, historic downtown Ventura and the Ventura Botanical Gardens.
