Welcome to your home away from home. This comfortable, 1-bedroom apartment has its own separate entrance, a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and is fully furnished with a balcony. You also have your own washer and dryer. Just 10 minutes from the beach, 2.5 miles from Community Memorial and VCMC, and 20 minutes from Oxnard. The apartment includes in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a King-size/two twin-size Sleep Number beds and a full size American Leather Sleeper Sofa. You'll have off-street parking and a private entrance. There is a Stair Chair for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. (Also convenient for moving heavy objects and groceries upstairs) Includes Fire TV with Netflix, Max, and Amazon Prime. Also a cleaner every 2 weeks, WiFi and all utilities. When you walk up the stairs, you enter the kitchen/dining room area. There is a full kitchen with a portable dishwasher and an island. The laundry is in an enclosed storage unit on the balcony, accessible from the kitchen. The bedroom has 2 twin Sleep Number beds that are normally pushed together as a king. These can be made up as separate twin beds, if you'd prefer. There is also a fold-out couch in the bedroom, on a raised platform at the front of the room. The TV is just across from the couch. (Please note, there is no privacy screen between the fold-out couch and the beds, it is all one large room.) There is a desk in the bedroom as well. Internet is fiber optic 1 GIG speed. Wifi is available but if you have an ethernet port on your computer, you can plug in directly with the cable at the desk. The bathroom has a shower with a bench and a showerhead with a hand-held unit. Pets welcome with a pet deposit. Owner lives on the property with 2 cats. There is another renter in a separate unit with a dog. The apartment is connected to a house. You will have complete privacy as the door connecting to the house remains locked. The house does back up onto a highway sound barrier, so it can be a bit loud during the day. I provide ear plugs, just in case.
