480 SQFT guest house for one person located in our backyard. Keypad, gated entrance. Guest house has a large bedroom/living area with queen size bed, sofa, coffee table, recliner, desk & chair. Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video & Apple TV log-in options. Good sized closet with dresser. The kitchen is more than a kitchenette, but not quite a full kitchen. It has a gas range/stovetop, mid-sized fridge, sink, coffee maker/Keurig, toaster, microwave, small table & chairs and pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, sink/vanity and storage cabinet. Linens included. Laundromat 2 minute drive. ****WE HAVE A VERY HAPPY, BOUNCY BOXER THAT LIVES IN OUR BACKYARD. TENANT SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE BEING GREETED, but he is not allowed in rental. ****This rental is short term; up to 3 or 4 months. ****Due to older plumbing, we supply all toilet paper ****Prefer female renters since we have daughters.
