This peaceful, smartly furnished studio, has been recently outfitted with minimal clean furnishings and a hotel grade mattress with high quality linens. Enjoy a sweet kitchenette for light cooking, soft lighting on dimmer's ,newly renovated stone tiled bathroom. We offer a monthly maintenance cleaner for $100, if you would like . This studio offers plenty of privacy with a separate entrance complete with a new, wood slatted entrance gate and a small outdoor walk in area. There is plenty of sunshine and a trickling water fountain awaits. Have direct access to all that Ventura County has to offer with a 6 minute drive to the beach, walk next door to the lush expansive park. Sleep well after a beautiful meal in town, with all of the silence you need to bolster you for hiking surfing and exploring Venturas natural bounty. Ideally suited for one person, who works off property, this location is quiet, restorative atmosphere will not support a home office or loud activities.
