For years we had the same tenants and so sad to lose them when they opted for town living so we decided to not have anyone permanent and do short term only. The home is a mobile home and is rugged but clean. The home has a front porch with a patio set and bbq plus a back enclosed porch for storage or outdoor room. Large living, dining room. a small kitchen with all the essentials, indoor laundry and 2 bedrooms (one queen bed and one twin bed). There is one bathroom with a bathtub only and one bathroom with a small 2x2 shower only. The AC/Heating unit is new and efficient. There is a small yard for 1 pet. This is country living so if you are uneasy about living next to horses, flies, critters or tractor noises, this is not the place for you. The property owners live next door and you will frequently see them riding horses or tending to livestock. The owners have dogs and it may take some time getting used to new pets in the neighboring yard.

The space

Welcome to the country. Set on a mini horse ranch you will be surrounded by horses and seasonally bison and cattle. Located in a Rural part of Visalia but less than 10 minutes away from all the amenities you need. 12 Minutes to downtown Visalia. The neighbors are the property owners and have their own fenced yard to keep their livestock and pets contained.
