Welcome to your home base in Vista, California, one of North County San Diego's most livable inland communities and a textbook example of the Mediterranean climate Southern California is known for. Vista sits just far enough inland to escape the heavy coastal marine layer, yet close enough to enjoy the cool ocean breeze all summer and its gentle warming effect through the winter. The result is comfortable, sunny living nearly year round. Our brand new ADU is perched at the top of a hill in a quiet residential neighborhood, tucked into a double cul-de-sac with no through traffic. It is peaceful, private, and safe, the kind of setting that helps you truly reset after a long shift or a full workday. Thanks to the elevation and our closeness to the coast, the property enjoys sweeping views, beautiful sunsets, and an almost constant ocean breeze. Open a window and the fresh air flows right through the unit. You are minutes from some of North County's most beloved spots, including the famous 69-cent tacos, plus a diverse mix of high-end restaurants, bars, culturally diverse eateries and grocery stores. Everyday errands are easy with Albertsons, Smart & Final, Walmart, Kohl's, and TJ Maxx, and many more all close by.
