Apartment is situated under one room of the main home. This Family Estate home sits on 1-acre of fenced property, situated on a private road with a large driveway and open spaces. Although it feels far from the City- the Highway 78 freeway is just a 5 minute drive and downtown Vista is just minutes from your location. Wi-Fi and Roku streaming box included in your space. Has everything needed for your stay. Living space is warm and inviting with plenty of light:Washer and dryer.Private patio entry is gated with lounge, garden boxes, and shade tree for relaxation. Ideally suited for professional who values quiet on a family Estate home. Neighborhood: Established older estate neighborhood in the foothills of Vista. Open spaces, wide streets and peaceful. Custom homes. The only sounds may be local wildlife like birds, coyotes, hawks and owls. Friendly neighborhood with many people walking their dogs, sharing fruit or plants from their yards.
