This studio is equipped with a kitchenette including all the essentials, personal bathroom, and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage! Washing machine and dryer are available on the premise. Walk-throughs are available. ;) Single person: $2,400/month rent. Two person: $2,550/month rent. All utilities included. Neighborhood: This Vista neighborhood is a safe neighborhood. Close to the 78 freeway, 8 miles from the Oceanside beach/ Carlsbad area.<br />Plenty of street parking, great walking and views with hills for cardio. Also close to Costco and many takeout food options.
