The Moonlight Suite and patio is a bright, modern studio space with a clean, European design and is rented furnished, with linens. Private entrance. Utilities included. There are no shared spaces, but it is attached to our main house by one shared wall. Bedroom: queen sized firm memory foam mattress, and blackout curtains. Under-bed storage, large drawers, and open wardrobes. Bathroom: walk-in shower, custom tile, hair dryer, and open shelving. Kitchen: drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, 2 burner electric cooktop, electric Instant Pot, toaster oven, microwave, apartment fridge, place settings, cookware, cooking & grilling utensils. Seating/ Workspace: 2-person couch, bar-height table and stools. Linens: 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets and bath towel set. Kitchen cloths. Weekly linen changes included. Technology: High Speed WiFi, TV with Amazon Firestick. Heating/Cooling: MiniSplit with heat and A/C functions. Overhead fan. Patio: Table with 4 chairs, propane grill. Parking: Lots of street parking in our safe and quiet neighborhood. Laundry: Access to our shared laundry room (washer/drier). Note: Our property is VERY CLOSE to Brengle Terrace Park and the Moonlight Amphitheater. Frisbee golf, pickleball, tennis, walking paths & Alta Vista Botanical Gardens.

The space

The Moonlight Suite is a studio space and patio, comfortable for up to 2 guests. The suite is supplied with pots/pans and dishes. Weekly linen change & light clean included. The space is custom designed with a clean, efficient feel. The studio is completely private with no shared spaces; however, it is attached to our home by a shared wall. No pets: We have a quiet family dog on site. She is friendly with human guests but not so friendly with animal guests. Neighborhood: Vista is known for its breweries, agricultural history, and great weather. The Moonlight Suite is in a quiet, sidewalked neighborhood near Brengle Terrace Park which houses the Moonlight Ampitheater, Alta Vista Botanical Gardens, frisbee golf, pickleball, and access to the Vista Concervancy walking trail to downtown Vista. It is peaceful and friendly here. Grocery, coffee shops and other basics are within 1 mile. Downtown Vista is 2 miles.
