RATE NOTE: The rate shown is a starting monthly rate, based on a 90-day furnished stay that begins and ends within our off-season window of November 1 through April 30. Stays shorter than 90 days are accepted and are priced higher. Any stay extending into May through October is priced separately and is higher. Rate reflects rent only. Additional charges apply: cleaning fee, refundable security deposit, utilities where applicable, and applicable New York State and Suffolk County taxes. Queen Vic is a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath Soundfront home set on a private, landscaped lot with direct views of the Long Island Sound. The property feels tucked away and quiet, with water visible from multiple rooms and outdoor areas. Main Living Level The main level features an open layout with a large kitchen, dining area, and living room oriented toward the Sound. Stained glass windows throughout the home add character and natural light. This level opens to a Sound-facing deck with seating and outdoor dining. Bedrooms The home sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms: one king with a sofa bed, two queens, one double, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Full bathroom access is available on each sleeping level, with 3.5 bathrooms total. Outdoor Space The property includes two decks, a ground-level outdoor seating area, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. Kayaks and paddleboards are included for guest use. Lush greenery surrounds the home, creating a private and enclosed feel. The Sound is just steps away, with nearby access to fishing and a playground along the beach. Location Located just minutes from Sound Ave, the home is close to North Fork vineyards, farm stands, restaurants, and shopping. Popular day-trip destinations including local beaches, parks, and family attractions are within easy driving distance. Rental Permit#: 24-0044 Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner. - For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Guest Insurance Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons.
