Three bedrooms on the second floor with a large bathroom with tub. Two daybeds in the living room provide more sleeping space for overnight guests. A huge screened in porch just off the living room with an additional dining area, living area and pool table with a flat screened tv. Walled in courtyard with firepit surrounded by outdoor seating. An addition building out back provides wintertime games, like billiards, air hockey and another living room with cable tv. A large walk-in dog kennel the basement is a safe and climate controlled A huge kitchen with all the expected appliances and more including cooking essentials This is one of five buildings we maintain just for travel nurses all within a few village blocks with a building manager also living in the village so any issues (lost keys, etc.,) are responded to quickly.
