This beautiful historic home is located in the wonderful village of Walton, NY. Home to the great Delaware County Fair, Walton is nestled in the tree-lined hills of the Western Catskills. Our village has several parks with many amenities and facilities including a public pool, and free summer concerts. Our 1912 theatre features current-run movies, plays and public events. Many fine restaurants, hospital, grocery store, and deli's are all within easy walking distance. Our home maintains many of its original architectural details and is quiet and cozy. Front porch and rear deck with private yard provide great spaces for outdoor enjoyment. The second floor is currently closed so you will be the only occupant of the property. Smoking of any nature, drugs, and pets are not allowed. And, since it is a quiet neighborhood, we ask for no parties. We live locally and are available for questions and maintenance when needed.
