Our spacious, stylish home is perfect for family or group trips, only 1 hour 10 minutes from NYC. Building Permit Number 32365 Originally a family run farm, this barn was recently converted to be a modern, unique home perfect for a family or large group looking to escape to the Warwick area in all seasons. 5 minutes from all the shopping and restaurants of downtown Warwick, 5 minutes to Mt Peter or 10 minutes to Mountain Creek for skiing. The space The property is beautiful in all seasons and you will love enjoying the outdoors during your stay. On one acre we have a backyard that offered a deck that overlooks a running creek, a kids play set and a fire pit. The front yard faces a main road that can be very busy at times, and the entirety of the yard is not fenced in. So if you have small children or pets please keep in mind that the yard is not fenced in. The house has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a laundry room on the first floor. The living room has the TV, a record player and game table for you and your family to enjoy time together. The upstairs has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There are desks for working from home outside of the primary bedroom and inside the 2nd bedroom. There is central heating in the winter and window or floor AC units in all bedrooms and main rooms for the summer. Other things to note While the backyard is a private oasis, wed like our guests to know front yard faces a busy main road, and the entirety of the yard is not fenced in. So if you have small children or pets please keep this in mind. We provide a pack and play but you must bring your own sheets, blankets and pillows. We also provide a floor high chair for your little one to enjoy meals with you!
