Plenty of street parking. Great for Families/Groups. 15min to DCA, 35min to BWI/Dulles Property is located in the historic Capitol Hill residential neighborhood of Lincoln Park. It has three bedrooms upstairs each with comfortable queen beds and the third bedroom has a twin day bed. There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower upstairs and a power room downstairs. There is also a pull out full sofa bed in the living room. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, bakeware and cooking utensils. It also has a Keurig coffee maker, Magic Bullet smoothie maker, 4 slice toaster, can opener, and a microwave. The house has keyless entry. You can select a 4 digit pin code prior to your arrival. The house is a 15 minute walk to Eastern Market Metro with access to 3 major metro lines (orange, blue, and silver) (https://www.wmata.com/rider-guide/stations/eastern-market.cfm) I can also provide Smart Trip metro cards as a convenience to reload fare when commuting via bus or train. We just ask that you please leave the Smart Trip cards behind for our future guest to also use. The house is a 10 min walk to the H.Street corridor with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, the atlas, and plenty of stops for the street car that takes 10-15 min max to get to Union Station and downtown attractions. Just a 2 minute drive to grocery store and a 10 minute drive to Costco. There is also free Wi-Fi, Streaming TV Apps, Live TV, board games, and cards. It also has a Baby high chair, Toddler Car seat , Umbrella Stroller, toys and games available! The Property was my very first home, and I have lots of love and take extreme pride in maintaining it so you can enjoy this clean, well-equipped space as your personal home away from home while visiting the Nations Capital. I love living, working, and playing in Washington, DC because it's its exciting and full of energy; rich with history, sites and attractions; and is the perfect destination to experience its urban and eclectic neighborhoods, great restaurants and bars, and lots fun and entertainment.
