We have been renting our property for more than 15 years with plenty of upgrades and enhancements over the years. From a couple to now a family, we have always had a tenant in this unit and loved getting to know the different people that come into our lives. We only take multi-month tenants and would love to have you enjoy our friendly neighborhood. The unit is fully furnished and has been rented by individuals, college students, elderly people and a few couples over the years. The space has enough room for two and you can also enjoy the backyard outdoor space. We live onsite, so any issues are immediately addressed.

The space

Enjoy DC like a local! Just a ten-minute walk from the Metro (Green/Yellow), grocery stores and some of the hottest restaurants in the District. This unit has everything included (all utilities, internet and Hulu with Ads). Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. It includes an off-street parking spot, private entrance and in-unit laundry. As with any old house and active children, you will be able to hear us when we are on the main floor, however, we are gone most days and evenings.
