***I have more than 200 positive reviews from another hosting platform that I can share with you*** My condo is not your typical condo; it's more like a townhome. Originally it was an old house that was refurbished into two, two floor condos. It looks very much like a row house from outside. >>>>>>>You will have your own private bedroom with a queen bed and private bath with a tub/shower. A private living room along with access to the washer and dryer. Plus a private entrance. The main floor has the kitchen for use, second living room, main entrance and our room is located above. My partner, two pups and a cat and we reside 98% of the time at our cabin in WV, so you will not see us much, if at all. When we do return to DC, we will provide ample notice and often it is for short stays. We NEVER bring the animals with us. Hospitals are walkable. There are also scooters and bike rentals, and Uber and Lyft. Instacart and Uber Eats readily deliver. There are also some walkable neighborhood restaurants.

The space

$1650 per room. 2 separate and private bedrooms each with their OWN private bathroom. Quiet and cozy. Linens and towels provided. Each has a queen bed and closet. My bedroom is located on the second floor but we spend 98% of our time at our mountain cabin and are almost never there.
