We are renting one room with this listing. Rather than have two listings, I have posted this one so you have a sense that this will be a shared space. The second floor of my home is like it's own apartment with a parlor, kitchenette and bathroom. If you are interested in renting one of the two rooms, I will point out which one is available at the time. I am also happy to rent both bedrooms to the same person but the cost would be $3000. Gym Equipment: There are dumbells, a stability ball, dead ball and mats in basement Laundry: - In-home washer/dryer (basement); ironing board Outdoors: - Access to garden and patio for morning coffee or post-shift unwind. Gas grill also available. The owner and adult son live in the home on the first floor and basement. No smoking/vaping; no parties or unregistered guests.

Excellent location for travel nurses, medical residents, and visiting professors. Nearby hospitals also include: Sibley and Geo Wash (GW) Hospitals. American, Georgetown. GW and Georgetown University are nearby. Located ~3-4 miles from the White House, Smithsonian museums, and the National Mall. It's a great fit for someone who values privacy and a restful home environment. The 16th Street NW bus lines are only one block away, and there is free street parking (garage rental optional).
