This quiet, safe neighborhood is conveniently located between vibrant H Street, Union Market, and Eastern Market, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Within a mile you'll find two Safeways, Aldi, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's for your grocery needs. You will access your new home through a locked back gate that leads you through the yard to your private back entrance. The apartment is brand new so you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living space has plenty of windows to keep it bright, but blackout shades, along with a brand new mattress, to guarantee a good night's sleep. The couch, table, smart TV, and other furniture are brand new. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, induction pots/pans, and other kitchen essentials. The bathroom has a tiled, full-size shower with piping hot water with great water pressure. Starter shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, and other essentials provided. There is a large closet as well as a shelf in the main room, and additional storage in the garage if needed. The large washer/dryer are in the garage just outside the apartment door, shared with owner who will access through the garage. Happy to arrange times of use so there is no overlap. Please enjoy my beautiful and large, gated backyard with an outdoor couch for lounging. One woman lives upstairs with her very friendly and quiet 3 year old pup. While the apartment, the yard, and the amenities are enough to make you call the space home, perhaps the best thing about this property is the neighborhood's strong sense of community. It's the type of place where we know each other's names, we say hi on the street, and we help each other out.
