Both Catholic University and Trinity University are blocks away and easily walkable. Howard University and Howard University Hospital are a 10-minute drive away. The apartment features the cozy charm of bay windows and unique antique pieces. You will find a brand-new in-unit washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The queen-size bed comes with a very comfortable Casper mattress. There is free, very high-speed WiFi. There is a Smart TV with every streaming service app already downloaded. You just need to log into the services that you subscribe to. There are great bars and restaurants nearby, such as Masala Story, Brookland's Finest, Primrose, Right Proper Brewing and the Brookland Arts Walk, which features a wonderful farmers market on Saturdays. Additionally, you're just a couple of blocks from the Metropolitan Branch Trail, making it ideal for biking. Along the Metropolitan Branch Trail you can enjoy a beer and arcade games at City State Brewery then head over to the Bryant Street food hall for an excellent selection of food and cocktails! Alamo City Drafthouse is next door to the Bryant Street food hall if you want to watch a movie or you can get a drink at Metro Bar, an open-air bar featuring a converted Metro rail car.
