This beautiful residential neighborhood is surrounded by all train stops and Michelin restaurants- with late night pizza next door! Walking score is an INCREDIBLE 98. There's 2 full beds, and a pull-out sofa + air mattress in living room. Main bedroom has a standing desk + monitor for connecting your laptop, & desk chair. Also a second desk in living room for working from home, and an exercise bike so you can take Peloton classes while traveling! Easy check ins and check outs with a secure lockbox, or download the August Smart Lock app for multiple guest keys! FREE street parking - message me for more info! This is my home so just ask for recommendations for anything you like to do, from cheapest happy hours to best murals and museums. When checking in, I provide a guide of 50+ of my favorite places within walking distance! The main bedroom is large and spacious, with a wall mounted TV and Roku streaming device. The second bedroom is on the small side, but the bed frame is 18 inches high, so there is a lot of space to store luggage under the bed (or in the living room if you want.) The couch turns into a full sofa bed, good for two people. Extra blankets are located in the living room (inside the sofa's storage.) Please let me know if you would also like to use the air mattress. Logan Circle is quiet and residential, yet only blocks from the action in Shaw, 14th St, U St, Dupont Circle, downtown DC, and Chinatown. This is the place to be whether you're here for work, touring, or for food and nightlife!
