The apartment has its own private entrance and is conveniently located near the Potomac Avenue Metro, Eastern Market, Barracks Row, the U.S. Capitol, and the National Mall. Monthly rent is $1,900. The property is typically rented on a long-term basis, with a one-year lease preferred. Shorter lease terms may be considered at an adjusted rental rate. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent and remain in the landlord's name. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are invoiced to the tenant monthly and generally total approximately $150-$250 per month. Private off-street parking is available behind the property for $250 per month per vehicle.
