Our house is nestled between two alley ways in a cozy neighborhood of houses near American University. While we are very close to major streets (Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues) and attractions, our setting is very quiet and peaceful, and our neighbors are wonderful. Situated on a private alley off of 46th Street, we are the middle of 3 houses, and there is a lot of nature that surrounds us. The apartment downstairs opens up to a sunny courtyard area and garden, which we enjoy a lot (you'd have access to it as well!). Sun pours through the two French doors that lead into the apartment's private entrance. The living room is relatively spacious and very comfortable, with comfortable seating (and a pull-out couch, if needed) and a dining area. The bedroom, tucked in the back is super-comfortable and cozy, and has a full set of drawers and a small closet for storage. The kitchen area is small, but allows for a little refrigerator, stove top, convection oven and microwave. The tiled-floor bathroom has a shower and more storage if necessary. Outside of the apartment, laundry facilities are available to you, with arrangements made through us.
