The convention center is 4 blocks west & approx. 5 blocks south. Metro train green line is 3 blocks away and one stop to the convention center. The house is close to where New Jersey Ave. intersects with Rhode Island Ave. NW. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the second floor with 1 queen & 1 full-sized bed. On first floor is the living room/dining room and kitchen with all amenities including front-loaded washer and dryer. The kitchen is stocked with kureg coffee maker, and all utensils, including pots and pans and an electric grill for easy cooking. The refrigerator is equipped with soft drinks and water to get you started. At the rear is a small deck with patio furniture & private parking for one vehicle. Street parking is also available with visitor permit that we will be happy to get you with advance notice. Both bedrooms are equipped with cable TV's. There's strong Wi-fi throughout the house (upgraded for video conferencing). We do not live at the house, so it will be all yours. We are a phone call away for any questions or assistance. Longer, short-term stays are preferred, however, we will welcome your 2-day minimum stay. The entire house is yours for your privacy & enjoyment. However, you will have the option of sharing the second bedroom with another unrelated guest where your rates will be renegotiated.
