Room · 2,400 sq ft · 1 bed · 1.5 baths · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Large shared rowhome with plenty of personal space (it's easy to be "in your own world" if you feel like it without having to be holed up in a bedroom). • There are four bedrooms but only two housemates (you + me!). And there is excellent privacy as none of the bedrooms share a wall. • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer and dryer • Small backyard and a fun indoor porch swing (seriously!) • Kitchen and shower feature high-quality water filtration systems • No TV (you are welcome to bring one). Three resident kitties. There are hardwood floors and professional cleaning every two weeks. One of the extra bedrooms is a guest room and the other is available as a flex space (do you work from home? want a place to do yoga? art?). ABOUT ME • I am a progressive public interest attorney working in DC healthcare (never married, no kids) • I've lived in DC for a long time and really enjoy helping people get to know the city, find the hidden spots that locals love, and feel right at home • I am a real adult but youthful and vegetarian (you don't have to be) • Interests: Cooking, board games, walking tours, traveling, and learning ASL • My city slogan: "DC, where it's cool to be a nerd!"
