This is more than just a furnished apartment. It is a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished home that is ready to live in from day one. Located in a classic end-unit Columbia Heights rowhouse, this unusually bright two-bedroom English basement offers an uncommon combination of privacy, comfort, and convenience. Southern exposure, windows on three sides, and four full-glass exterior doors bring in an exceptional amount of natural light for a basement. The flexible layout works well for one person, a couple, or two roommates. The bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the living area, and each has its own direct exterior entrance, providing an unusual degree of privacy and independence. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including a well-appointed kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart locks, TVs, quality beds, linens, towels, and everything needed to settle in comfortably. Available October 1. Flexible stays from one month, three-month stay (min) preferred. All utilities and high-speed internet are included. Set in the heart of Columbia Heights, the apartment is a short walk from the Metro, restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, Target, and more, with easy access to downtown DC, Howard University, and major medical centers.
