Welcome to La Dolce Casa, our fabulous and recently renovated house in Brookland, DC! The house is located about 10 minutes driving from The Children's National Hospital, 5 minutes driving from Catholic University and just a couple of minutes driving from The Franciscan Monastery. Tastefully decorated and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, the house is perfect for relocating families, students or traveling professionals looking for a comfortable and modern place. The house has 3 levels with stairs. On the main level you will find a half bathroom, open kitchen with granite island and dining area, washer/dryer, and a comfortable living room area with smart TV. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and water filter available in the kitchen. Cleaning supplies and vacuum are available in the house. A high chair, pack n play crib and children dinnerware are also available in the house for your convenience if you have small children. On the upper level you find a full bathroom and 3 bedrooms: 1 master king size (with smart TV), 1 queen size (with smart TV), and a kids room with bunk beds (2 twins). On the lower level you will find a second living area with a kitchenette and smart TV, a second full bathroom, and a full size bedroom (with smart TV). Each bedroom has a super comfy memory foam mattress and a smart TV. Portable fans and heaters available in the house. The closest grocery stores are Aldi (7 minutes driving), Giant's and Trader Joe's (about 10 minutes driving). There is also a Mom's Organic Market about 10 min walking from the house. Fast Wifi available throughout the house. The parking space in the back of the house will comfortably fit one large vehicle. The front of the house has a front porch with chairs to relax at the end of the day. Housekeeping is available during your stay for an additional fee. Let me know if interested.
