This Studio apartment was created in 2014 -2015 and was designed so that I would want to live here so no expense was spared to make it comfortable. It has its' own separate entrance through a patio garden with views of the green park behind the home where deer, birds and other wildlife are often seen. Absolutely the best if you are staying with your pet. The space is very well lit with spot lighting, wall sconces and lamps. There is a closet/ storage area and a chest of drawers. There is a desk for work and bar stools at kitchen counter for dining. In the winter months there is a gas fireplace which ads warmth and ambience. I have had many long and short term guests through a platform that starts with the letter A. Long term guests have been doctors, nurses, medical students, residents, German embassy interns and many Georgetown business trainees. The closest Metro station is across the Key Bridge in Rosslyn but the metro bus is only two blocks away and the DC Circulator bus also stops in downtown Georgetown 1 mile away.

Great space for guests with a pet, near walking and biking trails, the apartment has a full kitchen with full size refrigerator/ freezer, granite counter tops, onyx tiles, full oven, microwave, full updated cook ware and a small dishwasher. The TV is 48 inches with Apple tv and several streaming services. High speed internet and even a gas fireplace. At the junction of Georgetown, Palisades, and Arlington. Closest Metro Rosslyn, Closest bus D6 at Q and MacArthur Blvd.
