This property is available for flexible short and mid length stays that fit within our booking calendar, with a 7 day minimum stay. January availability includes January 7, January 11 to 21, and January 26 to 31. February availability includes February 1 to 5, February 8 to 9, and February 15 to 28. March is currently fully available for stays of 7 days or longer. You may use this example to understand how pricing is calculated. The monthly rate is 1800 dollars, and shorter stays are prorated based on the number of days reserved. For example, a 14 day stay would be approximately 840 dollars, and a 21 day stay would be approximately 1260 dollars, with utilities included.
