The house backs up to Rock Creek Park. You can access the hiking trails from the back of the house. There is a commerce strip a 5-6 walk from the house with restaurants, grocery stores, a weekly farmers market, a pharmacy and more. Your two floors are about 2000 square feet with a furnished living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, half bathroom on the main floor, deck facing rock creek park, a porch with sitting space in the front, laundry, and central a/c. We have an apple tv, electric piano, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will share the house with a tenant in the basement, you will have to be mindful of quite hours.

The space

This is for the Main and Upper floor in a Mt Pleasant Row House. You will have full use of the main floor which includes the kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and a deck overlooking the park. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, both with dressers and ample closet space. There is also a desk and working space (one, overlooks rock creek park) in or connected to each bedroom.
