The best part of the property is the location, the neighborhood and the back deck and patio. You'll be steps from everything DC offers and close to groceries, restaurants and more. And, you'll come home to a quiet street and not even realize you're in a city.

The space

This is 1 private bedroom and hall bathroom in my townhouse a few blocks from Union Station in Washington, DC. There are two upstairs bedrooms: a queen bed or the one pictured with twin beds. Max occupancy in either room is 2 people. Both look out over the back garden and are very quiet. No pets here! Longer term guests preferred. $1800/month per person, $2,500 for 2. House also has a den upstairs and a queen room and hall bath on the main floor. Lots of shared living space indoors and outdoors.
