The space

Spacious flat. The space was designed by an award winning architect. Little details make this flat very charming. It has a happy energy. The second room is more of a home office. The spaciousness of the Basement Level flat makes it unique. As does access to Rock Creek Park and the National Zoo (10 min walk). The second room is a home office/ guest bed room. AirBnB next door rents for over $4000. So this is a very good deal. We prefer FF.
