Seeking respectful, mature single woman to rent third-floor suite in 1930's home in desirable Chevy Chase (DC) from our 94 year-old mother, who resides in the home with her caregivers. You will have a private, furnished master suite (bedroom, sitting room, large bathroom). The suite has been freshly painted with decorator colors, and features a skylight, full-size bed, couch, desk with bookshelves, and walk-in closet. Quiet, leafy street, internet, heat/AC included, near bus lines and Metro, on-street parking. Light downstairs kitchen use only; we will furnish you a microwave, mini-fridge, and cafe table with chairs. While we will not expect you to care for our mother, we anticipate that you will be a responsible, appropriate and quiet tenant. Perfect situation for someone commuting to work in DC; a travel nurse or nursing (or other healthcare) student would be ideal. References and an in-person meeting are required.
