One booking includes two furnished upstairs bedrooms and a full bathroom-ideal for one person, a couple, or a small family wanting more room than a typical furnished bedroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed, television, adjustable ceiling fan, desk and chair, closet shelving, and drawer storage. The second bedroom has a twin bed and can serve as a guest room, private office, study, dressing room, or additional personal space. Your booking also includes use of the living room and kitchen areas. The home's only kitchen is shared with the homeowner, who lives in a separate lower-level area. The homeowner does not use the upstairs bathroom or your bedrooms. The home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood with convenient access to the Fort Totten Metro. Street parking is generally available. Monthly rent is $1,500, including utilities and Wi-Fi.

The space

One booking includes two private furnished bedrooms: a full-bed room for up to two people and a twin room that can also serve as an office, study, or flex space. Guests also have use of the upstairs living area. The kitchen and dining area are shared; the dining area may be used as a home office during business hours. The upstairs full bath is primarily for guest use, with occasional daytime use by office staff. No unrelated renters share the upstairs.
