You can live on a friendly block of beautiful row houses in DC's historic Bloomingdale neighborhood. The new park and rec center with indoor pool is one block away. It is a 10 min/0.4 mile walk through Historic rowhouses to yoga, restaurants like Red Hen, Bramble and Rye, Boundary Stone, Bacio Pizzeria, Aroi Thai and sushi. Plus a coffeehouse, barber shop, liquor store, and a small neighborhood food mini-market. Any questions? We live on site. You will stay in a fully renovated English basement in 1906 DC row house with full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, living room and bedroom - all yours. The bed is a comfortable Queen size. There is a a love seat that unfolds to a single platform bed for guests. Bonus! It is solar- powered. Please no parties. Please no smoking of any kind inside the apartment. We are allergic to animals, so apologies to your furry friends, but no pets.

The space

In addition to the queen bed in the bedroom, there is a comfortable single platform bed, when you open the love seat. We offer a cook's kitchen with counter space and many appliances, glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Street parking is easy. Neighbors are friendly.
